We are thrilled to announce that SimsAir Aviation Services will host a visit from the Piaggio Factory team on Monday, March 4th, 2024. This visit marks an exciting opportunity for us to strengthen our partnership further and enhance customer support for P180 Avanti operators in the USA.
Maurizio Piccaluga, Head of Global Technical Support, and Davide Pozzolo, Head of Customer Support for Piaggio Aerospace in Italy, will visit several service centers and suppliers across the USA. On March 4th, they will be in Houston and have graciously allocated time to meet with us at SimsAir to discuss all topics relevant to customer support in the USA.
In an email from Maurizio, he said, "On March 3rd, Davide and I will travel to the USA to visit several Service Centers and Suppliers once again. The plan I prepared leads us to be in Houston on Monday, the 4th, and we would like to come over to you to review and discuss all the topics relevant to Customer support in the USA. If any of your Customers would like to talk with us, we would be glad to meet them as well."
This third visit presents an excellent opportunity for us to discuss concerns, share insights, and explore ways to enhance the customer experience for P180 Avanti operators.
